* Do you offer Refunds/Exchanges?

For health and safety reasons, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your hair please contact us and we will be glad to assist you. There is absolutely no refunds on Mink lashes.

*How long does shipping take?

After placing your order please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive a tracking# when order is shipped.

*Is your hair 100% Virgin Hair?

Yes, Our Princess bundles are 100% Virgin Hair that has been steamed, our Premium Indian hair is 100% RAW which means there hasn't been any steam to process the hair and it is received from 1 donor.

*Can I apply oil to my extensions?

Yes, you can apply oil but to keep the body it is not recommended. The only oil you should use is a pea sized amount of Argan Oil or Moroccan oil.

*Can I color my extensions?

Yes, our extensions are 100% Virgin hair.

*How many bundles will I need?

For 14-18 inches we recommend 3 bundles, 20-24 inches 4 bundles, 26 inches and up 5 bundles for a full head. But it is up to the individual on how full they want their hair.

* What products do you recommend?

We recommend Pantene ProV Moisture renewal and Tresemme Moisture rich Luxurious moisture to cowash the hair. Use Pantene ProV moisture renewal shampoo and Tresemme moisture rich Luxurious moisture shampoo or any Shampoo that's Sulfate free/Alcohol free.


*Keep in mind all Virgin Indian Raw Temple bundles are different. No two bundles are alike. Each bundle is cut from 1 donor and has no chemical added or steam to be processed.

* There is absolutely no refunds or exchanges on hair that has been taken apart from original packaging, shampooed, worn, cut, colored, installed or altered in any way.

* There is absolutely no refunds on Mink lashes.
